Our signature rum is fermented from locally grown sugarcane molasses, double distilled in our copper pot still, and then matured for 6 years in a single french oak red wine barrel. We then proof it down to Navy Issue Strength of 54.5% ABV. We think it's a perfect sipping rum, best served with ice and a slice of lime. Enjoy!
